– Notify Bestwage of any changes in employee status, tax codes, or other relevant information promptly.

3. Service Fees
– You agree to pay all service fees as outlined in the agreed pricing plan.
– Fees may be charged on a recurring basis, depending on the nature of the services provided (e.g., monthly payroll services).
– Bestwage reserves the right to adjust service fees upon providing 30 days’ notice.
4. Payment Terms
– All payments for the Services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the invoice provided by Bestwage.
– Failure to pay for Services may result in the suspension or termination of your account and any associated Services.
– Late payments may incur additional charges, as outlined in our pricing plan.
5. Data Privacy and Security
– Bestwage will process personal data provided by the client in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
– We take reasonable precautions to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
– By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of delivering payroll services, including sharing data with third parties such as HMRC or pension providers as required by law.
6. Confidentiality
– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information, including employee data and business financial information.
– Bestwage will only use your information for the purpose of providing the payroll services, except where required by law.
7. Liability
– Bestwage aims to provide accurate and timely payroll services; however, we are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
– Bestwage will not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as technical failures, strikes, or natural disasters.
– Our liability for any claims related to the provision of the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the previous 12 months.
8. Compliance with UK Law
– Bestwage operates under UK law and ensures that payroll services comply with HMRC requirements and other relevant UK legislation.
– The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all employment and tax laws applicable to their business.
9. Term and Termination
– These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use our Services.
– Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
– Bestwage reserves the right to terminate Services immediately if the client breaches any term of this agreement or if payment is not received within the agreed terms.
– Upon termination, any outstanding payments owed to Bestwage must be settled immediately.
10. Amendments
– Bestwage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Services will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to a mediation process or pursued in court as appropriate.
